SIVALASY is a limited-run, hand-finished apparel brand. Each piece is produced in small batches, made to order. We want you to be satisfied — if something isn't right, we're here to make it right within the terms below. This policy complies with the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Under UK law you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving your item, without giving any reason.

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We do not provide prepaid labels. Ship back to the sender address on your original delivery packaging using a tracked service. Mark the package clearly: "RETURN — ORDER #[your order number]". Original outbound shipping is non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Once we receive and inspect your return we'll notify you by email. If approved, your refund is processed within 14 days to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for funds to appear.
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We cover return shipping and offer a full replacement or refund for faulty or incorrectly sent items.

Made-to-order items have a 12–15 working day production time. Pre-order items ship per the date shown on the product page. Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once production begins — please check your size before checkout.
